Whether I spent time protecting the Iraqi’s from terrorists in Baghdad, Mosul, and Tal Afar, or helping clients here in Dallas/Fort Worth area become health conscious and educated about fitness and nutrition, I’ve always been on a mission to help people. Now as a husband and father to my 3 kids, I try to protect them from this crazy world as much as I can, but also protect them and guide them to become respectful, gracious and compassionate adults. So what does this have to do with purchasing a home? In a word, Everything.
Buying a home can be the greatest, but scariest step you could take in life and it helps to have someone on YOUR side to see you through common pitfalls and hurdles.
My wife and I purchased our first home in 2010, about 2 years before I entered into the mortgage industry. I knew nothing about the process and still remember how much anxiety and stress we felt because there was no communication or guidance. So now I’m able to use my experiences in life protecting and guiding, but this time it’s with my clients through the mortgage loan process from the first step to the last step and even beyond. I help clients focus on the next 30 years, not 30 days. By looking at your short and long term financial goals, my main mission is to help you accrue wealth, through the acquisition of real estate and educate you on how we manage that debt for years to come.
How may I serve you?
After growing up in Southern California, Pam relocated to Texas in 1990 due to a job transfer. Thinking (maybe hoping) it was temporary, she didn’t even completely unpack at first! After marrying a Texan and raising two children here, she has fallen in love with life in the DFW area and this is now home!
From your first meeting or phone call with Pam, you will realize that you are her primary concern. Her goal is to make the homebuying or refinancing process as simple and stress-free as possible. After reviewing your desires and goals, she will prepare a complete cost analysis to show you your loan options and best choices. Working closely with your realtor, she will keep you informed on the progress of your loan every step of the way.
